I am in trying Submit your warranty form with proof of my purchase for a nest protect with the serial number 06AA01A01A5221014Y which has started showing a sensor failure. Cleaning doesn’t help, the alarm was purchased March 10 this year. I am in form submission purgatory and it just tells me over and over again to refresh the from and submit again … no other clues. I give up! Please escalate to the right person and get me out of this … I would love to just get either my money or a new alarm back … not waste more time
