I'm not in my home - but need to reset my Nest Protect products. Not sure if I have Gen 1 or Gen 2. Not sure the info in the app tells you that.
My wifi got reset and now my Nest products aren't connected. Is there a way to reconnect them remotely? When I try, the app wants to know the "Network Name" printed on the back of the device. I'm not near the device - so I don't know that info.
Am I SOL on trying to do anything remotely to get the devices up and running again?
