Any idea on how to replace my google nest protect gen2 wired harness? We moved and forget to get the pig tail that plugs into the protect. So I have a plat, the nest protect, but no harness...
Any one have any luck? I can't believe no one from Google has even replied to this. I have researched across this forum and reddit, and some (most, if not all) have had success with google helping...

I chatted last night with Google. They created a RMA number for me. So I think it is being taken care of. I did request and received a copy of the chat. I can provide the RMA number if you could check on it for me, and at this moment I am very happy I have a google populated home:)
