Mounting plate

Can someone point me at a replacement mounting plate. Our contractor lost ours during a remodel.  Tried the chat but that wasn’t helpful at all..hoping the community might work

I need one of these as well - contractor threw it away when we were remodeling this summer.

Me too, after replastering. I need one for wired version and one for battery version (apparently they're different?)
