Why does it take 14 minutes to receive an alarm from Nest aware? This is not what I am paying for.

A few questions: Is your Nest Aware subscription a first-generation or second-generation one? Is the Nest camera online? Are you signed in to the Nest app? Have you checked the notification settings in the Nest app to ensure the expectations are correct? Lastly, does the delay happen constantly or intermittently?
