Nest Protect Backplate needed

Our backplate was lost in our home renovation. I cannot find a resource online to get another one. Can anyone help?

Same, chat support just acted like I asked for the universe in requesting one.

I called up their support number, asked for two and they said they would send them to me, not even charge me for them.  They ended up sending me two completely new nest protects for free.

How long ago did you purchase your Nest Protects?  They told me I was out of warranty and couldn't be helped.

I also need a replacement backplate as I lost mine while renovating and can’t seem to find one to purchase anywhere.

Hi, I managed to get a replacement using the nest app and using support. Top left there are the 3 lines. And there you will find messages and an orange support icon. Explained my problem and they sent the item to me for free! Good luck!
