Nest Protect Battery V. 2 - new Protect added to 3 existing but not showing up in the Nest (iOS) app

How do I correct this please ?

Hi AnnaBulgaria,

 

Thanks for reaching out — I'm sorry for the delay. To confirm, are all of your Nest Protect the same kind? Do you have multiple Home Structures? Your other Nest Protect might be associated with a different home. 

 

Check out this guide:

 

  1. Open the Nest app Nest app.
  2. At the top left, tap Menu .
  3. Tap the home you want to switch to.

 

Also, try using a different device to check your Nest devices in the Nest app if they are all visible there.
