Hello, since a power failure occurred 3 weeks ago, my 120v Nest Protect reset itself and the Nest app reports a "Light Ring Failure" error which prevents the device from being used.
After several reset trials and replacing the batteries, nothing changed while the app recommandation is to replace the device.
It's a 2021 Protect that have been bought and installed only 4 years ago, which is supposed to last until 2031.
Google: will you send a new one please?
