Just bought a 2nd Gen Nest Protect to replace wired smoke alarm. Connect all the wires based on instructions and attached to ceiling plate. App saying unit is offline and power out. Anyone else have this issue? If it was just a wiring issue, I’m assuming it would still connect to WiFi #frustrated!
