I need warranty help with my Google Nest Protect. The sensor failed and it needs to be replaced. I tried the warranty checker, and it failed multiple times. See the attached screenshot. I then tried submitting a warranty claim and that failed multiple times. See the attached screenshot. I'm also attaching a screenshot of the failed nest protect and the purchase receipt.
This is WAY too much effort to submit a claim when these services fail multiple times like this. Please advise on how I can obtain a replacement. Thank you.
