Hello. I reached out to support two times and explained the situation. They indicated that since my devices are out of warranty, they can't provide two replacement power adaptors. I offered to pay for them, but they said their system couldn't process a replacement for payment. Any other suggestions? I tried to go to some local hardware stores to see if they had similar adaptors, but no luck.
