Hi
I have multiple Nest protects v2 and one of them stays offline. I have already tried to reconnect it to Wifi with the Nest App. If I look into my router, it looks like it is connected because the IP adres is matching with the information displayed in the Nest app. My router got a reboot. However, sometimes when I’m using the App, it says that it’s having troubles connecting to the Nest services but the statuses of these services look up and running. I didn’t change any of my router settings and the Nest Protects were already working fine for at least 3 months. Does anyone might have an idea about what might be the cause of this issue?

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. How far is your Nest Protect from your Wi-Fi router? Are you using a dual-band router (2.4GHz and 5GHz)? Also, did you make any changes to your Wi-Fi network?
