I changed my router and tried to update WiFi connection. Received error code P023. I checked router connection, reinstalled Nest app. Still can't add new router and password.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. What's the make and model of your new Wi-Fi router? What phone are you using to set up your Nest Protect? Also, what troubleshooting steps have you tried to fix this?
