Nest Protect smoke detector says that the battery is low even after I have installed new batteries

I have two Nest Protect smoke detectors and one keeps saying that the batteries are really low, even after I have installed new batteries. The batteries are Lithium batteries and I have double checked the installation as correct. The other one just keeps beeping and I can't ket it to stop. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having the same issue! Changed the batteries in one of our detectors a week and a half or so ago, and now the unit is beeping every minute or so! Please help Jake! 🙂

I am having the same issue. Brand new batteries and it immediately says it is low. Any thoughts on what to fix it.

I am having the same issue, I have 3 detectors and one keeps giving low battery warnings even after the have been replaced with the correct new items. Batteries removed each time tested with battery tester and all found good. What is the fix please.
