Hi everyone,

@DeafNest thanks for posting here in the Community. I understand your concern about linking your Philip's hue light to your Nest Protect. We appreciate your interest however, we don't have any news to share about applying this feature through the Nest app. We're always looking for ways to improve and we'll take it as feedback. I'd suggest you send feedback about your concern using this form to let the Google Engineering team know about your concern. While they won't respond directly back to you, this is the best way to let them know about this. Please let me know if you have other questions or concerns as I will be locking this after 24 hours. Feel free to start a new thread and we'll be happy to help.

I appreciate you davidking and faust82 for answering.

Regards,
Emerson

it was originally from IFTTT integration to Nest Smoke but Google Kills all program.

Google try hurt the deaf community and it is not safe for deaf people in North America but you did not follow ADA LAW!

Hello DeafNest,

I know where you're coming from and this is not the experience we want you to have. The link I've shared above is where you can submit your feature request. Let me know if you have any additional questions from here as I will be locking it after 24 hours.

Best,
Emerson

There was, but integration no longer work after Google "integrated" Nest into Home instead of connecting as a third party.

The exception is if you have an old Nest account that has not been migrated to Home. Then I think you may have a shot at some form of integration. Other than that, you're out of luck.

Google originally promised a fix a few years ago, but then went quiet and have tried removing the promises from the internet.
