Nest protect replacement UK - First alert

Hi,

So i managed to get a first alert to replace one of my expired nest protects. Unfortunately ive had to return it as you cant download the first alert app in the UK !

 

this leaves us with no viable alternative as far as i can see. Can we get a replacement / refund for all the other protects we have ?

Thank you for contacting this community! I understand you recently replaced one of your two Nest Protects with a First Alert Smart Smoke & Carbon Monoxide Alarm. Given that the First Alert app isn't available in the UK, and you would like a replacement or a refund, I recommend that you contact First Alert directly. They will be able to provide the correct assistance and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
