I currently have 4 nest products in the house (2 protects , doorbell and thermostat) and they had been working perfectly for the last 3 years. The protect in the kitchen alarmed last week because of some smoke but since then it has been unable to reset. There is a constant red ring and alarm even though the smoke has been cleared. I have tried hard reset but its still in alarm. Is there any way to fix this ?
