I purchased a home with 5 smoke/CO detectors model 06A. I added them to an existing Nest account I had, and can access them via my Nest App. All is well, except I would like to add my daughter to Nest Protect (i.e., smoke/CO) alarm notifications as she lives close by and I am frequently away from home. It is unclear how to do this within the Nest App, and therefore I was wondering should I migrate all my Nest devices (smoke/CO alarms along with thermostats and cameras) to Google Home.

Hello dcsmithmal,
Thank you so much for posting in this community. I understand you would like to add your daughter to a home structure to receive notifications of your Nest Protects to take care of your home when you're away. No worries; it’s a pleasure to assist you.
The Google Home app allows you to bring orders to your connected devices. To share control with others in your household, invite them as home members. To learn how to do it, check out this helpful article: Share a home and devices in the Google Home app. To simplify the process, we suggest that you and your daughter use Google accounts for both the Nest and Google Home apps.
Please let me know if this information is helpful.
Regards,
Daniel
