Old and deleted devices reappeared

When we sold our house almost four years ago, we followed the instructions and deleted all the devices from our app. In the last month or so, those devices have reappeared in our app. They show as "Smoke & CO" and I can not find a way to get rid of them. We're ready to install devices in our current home and I don't want them to get confused with the old ones.

I've reviewed the information you provided, and I have a few troubleshooting steps that may help.

• You can remove every Nest Protect from the Nest App or Google Home App.
• You can create a new Home structure in the Nest App.
