One of my nest protects keeps saying there is a fault, I have cleaned it following cleaning steps

Once a month one of my nest protects says there is a fault, following the cleaning steps that sometimes work, sometimes don't. It is frustrating as it's in my babies room and just wakes him up.

 
It's a third gen sensor that I purchased 30th August 2019.
