Power connector

Hi, I have moved house and left the power connector in the old house. Is it a 2 port molex? Where can I order a new one? Otherwise it's a trip to the hardware store.

Many thanks

I have this problem too except my connector seems to be faulty (swapped with my other nest protect gen 2 mains connectror and everything works fine) and need to get a replacement, where can I get a replacement?

So far I think I have found this: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/wire-housings-plugs/7121491P

It looks similar.. I live near one of their centres so I'm going down to see if it fits! Would be great if Google/Nest just let us order it though!

Hi folks,

Thanks for posting here. Are you referring to the 120V AC connector for your Nest Protects? Let me know, so I can look it up here and see how I can continue to help.

Best,

Hi Zoe, yes I think so, it's the two cable connector that fits into the nest to provide AC power. Wasn't sure of the voltage but there is only one power connector so I assume it must be 120v. Thank you

Hi Zoe,

I am in the UK, so the voltage here is typically 230 - 240V AC.  In the Net Protect User guide it is described as "230V AC cable connector", that is on page 3.  The guide I am referring to is here : https://nest.com/support/images/misc-assets/Nest-Protect-(Wired-230V)-User-s-Guide-UK.pdf

Many thanks.
