Hello, I have a Google WI-FI mesh network and recently bought a Nest Protect device. The setup went fine but I later noticed the device had gone offline in the Google Home app. I re-entered the Wi-Fi password through the Nest app and it reconnect immediately. However within a few minutes it went offline again. The only way I can get it to stay online is to set it as the priority device through the Home app but of course that’s time limited and not an ideal solution.
I have a strong Wi-Fi connection where the device is located and have set IPv6 to ‘on’.
I would be grateful for any advice or suggestions on how to fix this issue.
