Selling Nest Protect

Hi, I have 5 Google Nest Protect that I am trying to sell/get rid of. 4 are unopened, one is opened but has not been used.

I have reached out to Google, Amazon, Best Buy, even Apple to ask about their trade in programs, but have come up empty handed. These are not on their trade in program list. I have also listed them on Ebay and Facebook Marketplace but no bites. 

Does anyone have any advice? What should I do? I need to get rid of them but would also like some sort of compensation for them.

I couldn't find a listing for five on eBay or FB. Are they wired or battery?
