Nest Protect 120 v ac connector.

I got 3 nest protect wired version smoke and CO detectors from my brother. I need to get 120 v ac adapter to be able to connect those in my house. I was unable to find the connectors in online search. Where can I get those?

I have 3 nest protect and since a while, my batteries are not lasting more than 2 weeks! i did not change original batteries for more than a year and now i have to change all 18 batteries every 2 weeks and need a solution... anyone had this issue be
