My entire windows, doors and other devices are offline; how do I bring back online

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand some of your smart devices are offline, and you'd like to bring them back online. No worries, I'd be more than glad to assist you. To better support you, I have a few questions:

  • Do you have any Google Nest devices? 
  • When did the issue start? 
  • Do you have third-party devices? 
  • Have you tried any troubleshooting steps so far?

Please let me know the answer to these questions.
