I am still on a Nest account and I am trying to login.
Username and password works fine, but when it says it has sent me a text message with the MFA code (to the correct phone number), the message is never received.
I have tried over the course of 3 days many times, but the text messages never arrive. I have tried both using the app on iOS and using the web site to login.
I have no problem receiving other text messages on this number and it used to work.
Any way to troubleshoot this?

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, what do you mean by MFA? Have you checked if there's an option to send the codes to your email? Let us know your update here.
