my nest protect battery 2nd gen (one of five) (approx 2yrs old) continues to chirp, and shows in the app low battery despite battery change twice with new lithium batteries installed correctly. When the center button is pressed for two seconds the unit chirps twice and no light is displayed from the light ring. What is the solution. TIA.
