I cannot log into my Nest account using my account email and password. I even tried forgot password, and even with new password I cannot log into my Nest account. I have used both Chrome and Safari web browsers on my iMac, no luck. I even tried using Google account info and that did not work. Also, my Nest app on my iPhone will also not allow me to log in, says either username or password is incorrect. I have verified my entries at least 4 or 5 times. Am I locked out of my Nest account? Please help. Thank you.
