3rd Gen Heat Link Stopped Working

Jamie74

My 3rd Gen Heat link has stopped working despite having mains power supply. It is less than 2 years old. I have tried re-setting and also disconnecting and re-connecting the power supply but no lights come on at all - it is dead!! Is there a refund or replacement service please? Thanks

We'd love to investigate this further — please fill out this form so we can gather your details securely and let us know once you've done it: https://bit.ly/3h2TDJp. You can find the Serial Number in Settings > Tech Info > Display, or on the back of it. It begins with 09. Also, the email address included should be linked to your Nest Account, and for the postal address section, input a shipping address.

Apologies for the delay. I have now completed the form.

Just an update, it’s the heat link rather than thermostat that isn’t working.

Hi @Jamie74 , I wanted to check in.

Did you get the chance to fill out the form my colleague provided? If so, make sure to let us know here. Also make sure that you add your username in the "Social handle" field, else we won't be able to locate it.
