3rd Gen Heat Link

We have 4 heat links/thermostats installed and each of them has stopped working, one after another over the past few weeks. We’ve tried the 10 second reset and the 20 second reset and get nothing. 

Our hot water still works.

 

We recently had our mains fuse upgraded from 80amp to 100amp but not sure if it’s this?

Hi there. Could you tell me if you have a combi boiler? Also what's the color of the LEDs on your Heat Links? Here you have the installation guide for Nest Learning Thermostat 3rd Gen and at page 19 you have power specifications.

Thanks for your message. Yes, we do have a combo boiler. No lights on the heat links

1. How long has your thermostat been installed for?

2. What is showing on the Nest thermostat display? 

3. Have you had any power cuts recently?

4. Have you had any work done on your electrical or heating systems recently?

5. How many zones are present in the setup?
