3rd Gen Nest not cooling house.

My house is a new construction, so I have all the new appliances and equipment. My friend gave me a Nest 3rd Gen as a housewarming gift, and I installed it today. I took pictures of my previous thermostat wiring, an 8-wired Vive TP-S-855C. It seemed as easy as connecting to the respective lettering positions, however I am not getting any Air Conditioning at all. It is successfully connected to my phone app, WiFi, and I installed the software update it needed. I am unsure what steps to take next. Thank you!

Can u please attach photos of the current wiring.  Also is it on 2.4 or 5 and what brand name router do you have?

What error are you seeing and are you logged into Google? I am and was able to submit via the camera

Also pretend you are cold and see if your heat turns on.    I have enclosed a photo of what mine looks like

Please log into your router and see if other Nest products show up and if you do have 2.4G wireless
