5 wires but no "C"

Old thermostat has 5 wires connected to it (O, W2, R, G, Y). The blue is in the thermostat's "O" slot.  I have a Honeywell THP9045 as I was under the impression that I could use it to add a "C" wire but I cannot find any info online to help me with this specific situation. Also, Google's compatibility checker was of no help so please do not direct me to it.

No, I still don’t have it installed. I cannot find a scenario online that matches mine so I am still not quite sure how to go about it.

So sorry for the late response on this, but I wanted to hop in here to see how I could help. I can definitely understand the confusion when it comes to thermostat issues as it can be very odd to figure out sometimes, but I'm happy to look into this for you. 

I appreciate that you have already tried using the compatibility checker. Since you're still having issues with setting it up, I would suggest contacting a pro to come out to help you with this as we are not trained electricians and wouldn't be able to help as we are unable to view your setup specifically.
