Sorry to hear you are still having trouble. I am having a hard time seeing the wire labels from the picture. Do you mind providing those for me? You can also use our compatibility checker to enter the wires you are seeing, and it will let you know which devices are compatible. Please let me know the wire labels, and if that helps or not.

Thanks for providing us that information. Were you able to use the compatibility checker to make sure that your system is compatible with the Nest thermostat as well?
