5 year Thermostat has no display. Swapped out the faceplate from another thermostat and it works.

5 year old Thermostat just stopped working.  Display had no power.  I subbed out the display from another unit and thermostat now works.  How do I replace just the faceplate or get the one I have to work?

Thanks for reaching out. When you say you swapped the units, do you mean you swapped the base or the display itself? Also, if we're talking about the display, please try charging it separately for 90 minutes via USB in a working outlet and let me know what happens afterwards when putting it on the base.
