multiple emails, chats, phone calls for nothing. no resolution no help no solution. too much time wasted waiting and inquiring and chatting and emailing; just get run around and again no help.

You're not alone, friend. I've wasted much of my day & Google support is hopeless. Can't get Google Home app to recognize the thermostat, even though the Nest app does. Can't get Home app to see the thermostat in the Nest app. Round & round in crazy circles!
