Anyone have any ideas how to get some help from Google?

I had a Nest replaced by Google nearly 5 months ago.  They were supposed to send me a refund for the cost of a local engineer who replaced the Heat Link.  After about 3 months a physical cheque finally arrived, I deposited it into my account that day.  But Google had cancelled it.  Since then I have contacted Google's support most days.  No one is able to tell me what's going on, no one is allowed to speak to the team dealing with my case.  I get told every day to just wait and do nothing.  That hasn't worked for the previous 139 days.

Anyone have any tips how to get through to someone who can help?  Any place to complain or speak to a department that can help?

I should add that the staff are very nice, they try to help, but their system doesn't allow them to find out what's going on.

Good luck on that one, trying to get anyone with sense at Google is a real challenge.

I returned my Doorbell 2 weeks ago, and have been chasing them since. They cancelled the replacement, and now I have nothing!! After calling 10 times, and speaking to 10 agents, nothing!

Wouldn't it be good if a ''Senior'' person from Google would answer these questions!

They will not because they are totally useless.

You can probably see why I have listed as Frustratedddd!!

Over the past 139 days I've spoken to several senior people.  They don't appear to have access to find out what's going on either.  Just 2nd hand information about what might be happening.

I agree, all you get is pointless comments and the usual words, 'Don't Worry'

Well I am afraid when Google hold all the cards, and we have nothing it's not funny, and we are worried.

Even the complaints telephone numbers are a joke, they go round in circles, and take you back to the internet. 11 agents I have contacted, and none of them have an answer.

Come onto here Google and explain yourself, you monitor the chat all the time.
