Faulty Nest Heat Link

Heat link won’t connect to the nest device..  It has power as tested by an electrician but won’t start or show any LEDs or allow the heating to be turned on manually.  I had to buy a new one as I’ve been trying to get through to Google for 2 days now so I need a refund for the faulty one.

I have just rung Nest, no problem, failing that use the chat that works as well.
