App has lost my thermostat

When oversea I had trouble logging in. 
when I got back in my learning thermostat was missing!
I can’t now get it back on the app. Have deleted app, tried to reinstall but it says it’s connected but I can’t see it!!
can anyone help?

Hello Pouters,

 

I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues accessing your thermostat in the Nest app. It appears that it's most likely an account-related issue. Let's sort this out.

On the Nest app, please make sure that you're logged in with the same email address associated with your thermostat. If so, try checking for other available structures where it might be connected. Please check out this guide on how to switch home structures and let us know if that helps.
