App on phone not connected

My thermostat has no alerts, yet my app says it’s offline

when I went into the settings, it shows that it is online and the signal is good and the connectivity is good. I went through the troubleshooting and I can’t seem to figure out why my app is not connecting up. Anyone else have any suggestions?

it is working fine and no issues with cooling

Thanks for reaching out. Having the Nest Thermostat show offline is never ideal. Let's jump in and get you back online.

I did find a helpful article with some troubleshooting steps for when your device is showing offline. If your Nest Thermostat's battery level is low, it will disconnect from Wi-Fi. This is to conserve power so it can continue controlling your system. To check, go to Settings > Technical Info > Power, or Settings > Battery or Equipment > Power Info.

Battery fine

Nest one all says it is connected and NOT offline but cannot access with phone

 

Hey there,

With this, make sure that you are signed in with the right email address associated with your Nest Thermostat. You can try to login with other email accounts you might have linked to the thermostat. If you are correctly signed in, check for other available home structures where it might be located.
