I just had an electrician install 2 Google nest thermostats and they were working in the app when he left. Now one is not able to connect to WIFI. I can use it manually but not with the app. I tried reinstalling and same problem. On the Thermostat it says connection is strong. What to do so I can use it remotely with the Google Home app?

if the thermostat is showing connected , then I would suggest force closing your google home app and restarting your phone first. Should this fail you can uninstall the app and then reinstall it, to get rid of any "ghost settings" that may be causing a conflict.
Let me ask, can you see and control the thermostat on home.nest.com?
