Even when I cut and paste the correct password I still get the error message: "Couldn't connect to Wi-Fi." The Wi-Fi works with every laptop, phone, TV, etc. in the house so this is not a problem with the network.
Now what?

Give this step a try:
Factory reset your Nest Thermostat from the app and manually. Check this guide for more details.
