Basic nest wiring with 2 red, 2 white, and a green wire. Running heat and AC

Have have a basic nest thermostat with 6 connections.  I am trying to run heat and AC with the new nest. I have a red and white from heat and red, white, and green from AC.  The is also a yellow and blue wire that were not used with my Honeywell thermostat.  How do I wire my nest
