Best W5 error

I’ve had a W5 error code for a while. I’ve tried all the suggested steps to reset etc, non of which are working. I’m not getting an option to speak to customer services. Can anyone suggest what I can do.

Thanks for posting in the community. I apologize for the inconvenience you are having with your Nest Thermostat. 

I understand you encountered the error code W5, but no worries; let me help you with that. 

 

First of all, we need to try to restart your device: 

  • Press the thermostat ring to open the Quick View menu.
  • Go to Settings 
  • Select Reset.
  • Select Restart.
  • After your thermostat restarts, you can try to reconnect it to Wi-Fi. On your thermostat, go to Settings > Network and select the name of your Wi-Fi network.
