Nest is locked.
It is not connected to the Nest app, so I cannot reset the pin code.
Nest is offline.
I connected the Nest to the computer and see the "technicalinfo.PLIST" file.
What are the next steps?

To clarify, this is a common request but it's not one that can be resolved publicly in the community, therefore as volunteer users, we need to ask a Google specialist to support these cases.
