Can’t access Nest while away

I’m away on vacation and cannot access my Nest. House seems to have disappeared. Any suggestions

This can happen when:

1. The Wifi at the home is offline

2. When the login information used on the app is incorrect.
Make sure you are logged into the app using the correct ID and password. The home information and the devices registered to the home are stored on the google nest server.  So any smart phone that logs in with the correct ID and password will get the needed data from the Nest Server.
