When I access Nest on my iPhone 14,I only show the Home icon and a + symbol (add product). When I press home, I get an Away icon to show up. The Nest has been tied to this phone and system for several years. It has worked fine until last week. I can make adjustments from the thermostat but not my phone. My wife has full access on her iPhone with full functionality, but she doesn't access Nest often from her phone.
