Can’t add thermostat

I’ve upgraded my iPhone and my thermostat isn’t on my nest app. The account is there as before but no thermostat. I’ve tried to add product but it says this thermostat is already on an account. Yes it is it’s mine how do I re add my thermostat back to my account

Are you logging in the same way you did previously, either using the "Sign in with Google" or "Sign in with Nest" link at the bottom of the login screen? If you have more than one home structure, have you checked you're looking at the right one using the menu at the top left?
