Can't get nest app to show or control temperature on one of two nest Thermostats

I have two thermostats on 2 different homes.

I used to be able to see and control thetemperatures to each home on my nest app.

I had a problem with the original email account where he nest app was located so I reset everything under a new google account. However, now I cannot see or control the thermostat on one of my properties Works great on one, but on the other the temperatures do not appear at all.

Any suggestions?

• What type of Nest Thermostat do you have?
• Do you have access to the thermostat that you can't control on the app?
• Is it still connected to the Wifi?
