Can’t log on to nest or Google nest  need to talk to a customer service person

As noted repeatedly on this thread, Google Nest does not publish support phone numbers, unfortunately. The only way to reach Support is to use their "Contact Us" link. On the last page, depending on the time of day, there is usually a phone callback option (often in less than 1 minute). See this post for the link and instructions:

my email address is not being recognised on the Nest app and when I try to access the code on the Nest thermostat it says an email is already linked to the thermostat.  My email address is # Can you check if there is a Nest thermostat linked to this address?

I have been hacked since September 22nd I never requested or signed up for a Google Nester home the person that hacked my account has me in his I want out now he's stealing money from me he's stealing my identity he's recording me he's doing everything and I want him gone I've tried everything to remove him I've even changed carriers phones accounts numbers everything he won't leave me alone

Need help resetting account and linking product.  Spent 45mins and still no help

If you are trying to access either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app on a new phone, all you should have to do is to log back in using the same email and password you were using on your old phone.

I have reset the password a minimum of 3 times.  each time it tells me that the email or password is incorrect.  The emails you send me go to #.  I also have a 2nd email of #.  I am not sure which email address was set up on this account. Can you please verify what email to use.  thank- you  Dr. B

I suspect it would be a security violation for Google Nest to tell you or anyone whether a given email address is a valid Nest Account email.

As noted repeatedly on this thread, if you want to talk to Support, you need to use the "Contact Us" link noted repeatedly.

I'm puzzled by your reference to a QR code, which is only needed when installing or reinstalling a Google Nest device. But you don't need to reinstall Google Nest devices when you get a new phone. You simply log into the Google Nest app and/or the Google Home app on your new phone using the same username and password you were using to do so on your old phone.
