my Nest app has been installed in my iPhone for months without issue and this morning I was told to login when I opened the app. I tried unsuccessfully to login multiple times and selected “forgot password “ but never received instructions to my email on how to reset my password. I’ve checked all my email boxes including spam and still nothing. I also rechecked that my email address was typed correctly. Please help.

Use a different device to sign in. Try a phone or tablet with the Nest app, or visit https://goo.gle/2qjvVSU on a computer. If you're trying to sign in at work, try a different Wi-Fi network, or turn off Wi-Fi and sign in using cellular data.
